Online Security
At PenPer.com keeping
your data safe is as important to us as it is to
you. Our Shopping Cart resides on a secure server
with an SSL certification. A customer shopping
online should always verify that they have a valid
SSL connection before they enter any order
information. Our credit card transactions are
processed via a High-Grade Encryption
gateway provided by the e-commerce experts at
Authorize.net. In addition to credit card security,
we also have an in-house computer/Internet security
specialist who monitors all of the PenPer networks,
web servers, and shopping carts to protect them from
hackers and virus attacks. We work hard to keep your
data safe.

As an
example, we used our own website "PenPer.com" running inside a
Mozilla Firefox web browser. Arrow #1 points to the "Web
Identity" box which turns blue and displays the secure websites
address or URL. Arrow #2 points to the little "s" that appears
after the standard "http" of the Internet web protocol. The rule
is that secure websites have the "https" while regular
non-secure websites just have the "http".
Customer Information and Privacy
We safeguard your information with the utmost care and respect. We DO NOT
sell or share any of your personal
information with anyone except those directly involved with the
order process. In fact, the only two third party organizations
that receive information are the CREDIT CARD PROCESSOR (AuthorizeNet)
and the SHIPPING COMPANY (Typically FedEx or US Postal Service).
That's it. We don't share your order information with anyone
else.
SPAM Policy
At PenPer.com we
respect the privacy of your email address. We don't
sell or give away email addresses to any email
marketing (SPAM) companies. In fact, we don't even
SPAM our own customers. We have a newsletter, but
you must first subscribe to the the newsletter in
order for it to be sent to your email address. In
addition, you can opt in or opt out of our FREE
newsletter at any time.

Shipping Policy & Special Flat Rate
Shipping
Shipping typically occurs
1 to 3 business days from the date the order is placed. If you
need faster shipping or you need your order by a certain date,
please contact us at
support.penper.net and we will do what we can to meet your
needs.
Special Flat Rate Shipping
We ship anywhere in the 50 states of the United States for a
flat rate. The flat rate is
currently set at $5 per order. This
price is subject to change without notice. The current flat rate
charge will be displayed in the customer's shopping cart before
checkout. The flat rate is applied to the whole order.
Therefore, the more you buy on a single order, the more you
save* on shipping! We typically ship via FedEx Ground or US
Postal Service depending on location.
*The flat
rate remains the same for most products regardless of how many
items you order as long as they appear on the same order.
However, our flat rate shipping is limited to certain dollar
amounts and quantity amounts that are set by the online shopping
cart. For large quantity orders (anything over 50 items), please

and submit an online ticket and one of our friendly sales
representatives will gladly assist you.
Return
Policy
We have a
30-day money back return policy. You have 30 days from the ship
date of your order to return your product for a refund. We
typically refund directly back to your credit card or debit
card. The product has to be in new like condition to receive a
full refund. All returns require a ticket number from
support.penper.net
Warranty
Policy
Warranty
depends on the particular product. However, warranty is
typically one year on most products. Warranty only covers
defective products or products that break under normal use.
Warranty does not cover "shorted out" or "worn out" cords or
cables. If you have a warranty issue or question, please submit
a warranty ticket at
